What you will do

• Configure, implement, integrate, and launch new client accounts through a defined onboarding process.
• Own client relationships during onboarding, answer technical questions, lead platform training, and coordinate requested client calls.
• Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements and propose suitable implementations.
• Support the design and integration of technical solutions across new and existing client accounts.
• Drive projects forward, surface blockers, coordinate stakeholders, and escalate issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and create or maintain integration documentation for a smooth transition to Success and Account Management.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge and practical experience with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of designing and implementing client solutions on SaaS platforms.
• Proven performance in integration support, sales engineering, software development, or a related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing role.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with the affiliate or digital marketing industry.
• Experience applying AI to real-world business challenges.
