What you will do
- Recommend actions to meet budget targets and optimize the use of company resources.
- Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow projections and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Monitor costs and contribute to cost-control initiatives across the business.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and transaction controls.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and valuations while improving and automating financial processes.
Requirements
- Experience in financial controlling, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables.
- Practical experience with Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
- English level: B2 or higher.
