Senior Playable Ads Developer (2D, 3D)

What you will do

• Build and launch interactive playable ads from scratch.
• Optimize ads for strict platform requirements, technical constraints, build size, loading speed, FPS, and stability.
• Ensure reliable performance across WebView and SDK environments.
• Experiment with new gameplay mechanics and generative AI pipelines to streamline production.
• Collaborate within an internal game development community spanning mobile, PC, and console studios.

Requirements

• Provide examples of playable ads.
• At least 2 years of professional playable ads development experience and a proven record of creating high-performing 2D/3D ads.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with PixiJS and/or Three.js.
• Expertise in optimizing textures, 3D models, and animations for mobile environments.
• Experience with mobile browser limitations, performance profiling, memory management, and major ad networks such as Meta, Google, Unity Ads, TikTok, and Moloco.
