What you will do

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related questions, administrative tasks, and tools.
• Respond to employee and manager requests through email, phone, and meetings.
• Support master data management and reporting.
• Provide assistance with recruitment, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning and development processes.

Requirements

• Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Advanced English language skills for corporate communication.
• MS Office knowledge at user level.
• Strong motivation to help people and a customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, improvement mindset, and ability to work in a team.
