Product Solution Architect (SaaS): Building reusable solution templates, knowledge bases, and architectural frameworks that enable go-to-market teams to design enterprise SaaS solutions independently, with an accent on system integration, data processing, application design, and cloud architecture. Focus on abstracting recurring customer and field-team problems into product capabilities, guiding complex pre-sales and post-sales architecture, and standardizing scalable solution design.
Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Tokyo office and 2 days working from home. Occasional international travel, primarily to the U.S., may be required a few times per year.

What you will do
- Build and maintain reusable solution templates, technical guides, best practices, and knowledge resources aligned with platform capabilities.
- Advise Solution Architects, Customer Success Engineers, and Sales Engineers through workshops, training, consultations, and escalation support.
- Identify recurring field and customer problems and abstract them into reusable product capabilities.
- Co-design solutions with Engineering and contribute to ERDs, design documents, and architectural decisions.
- Create and refine architectural frameworks that improve consistency, scalability, and autonomy across solution development.
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency required.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar SaaS role.
- Strong experience with enterprise SaaS solutions, software architecture, and platform capabilities and constraints.
- Experience with system integration, data processing, application design, cloud architecture patterns, and reusable solution frameworks.
- Proven ability to create technical documentation, solution templates, and architectural best-practice guides adopted by field teams.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, including the ability to explain architectural trade-offs to technical teams and executives.
