React Native Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build performant mobile interfaces for customer, broker, and internal lending applications.
• Translate product designs into consistent, intuitive user experiences with product and engineering teams.
• Write robust, well-tested React Native code and identify opportunities for refactoring and technical improvement.
• Integrate mobile applications with APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in design and code reviews, support peers, and improve frontend and UX standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices and quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a frontend mobile developer.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications with React Native.
• Experience with Expo and mobile deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play Store release processes.
• Ability to own features end-to-end, communicate clearly, mentor others, and document work carefully.
