Sports Customer Onboarding Officer (Sports Technology)

Location: Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia; hybrid working model

Salary: €2,100–€2,600 gross per month

What you will do

• Onboard leagues, federations, and partners onto hirify.global products.
• Set up and support streaming integrations and the GeniusIQ analytics platform.
• Configure technical setups, manage timelines, and coordinate project delivery and handover.
• Deliver product training to internal teams and external clients.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Commercial teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation, support seasonal readiness, and resolve or escalate technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of sports competitions across leagues and formats.
• Experience onboarding users or clients onto technical products or platforms.
• Knowledge of video streaming fundamentals, including codecs, resolution, and delivery protocols.
• Comfort working with APIs and reading technical documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Monday.com.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and customer focus.
