Generative AI Engineer (NLP)

Location: Hybrid in Ha Noi, Vietnam

What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI and NLP solutions for business use cases.
• Build and optimize solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Transformers, and deep learning.
• Develop production-grade AI/ML models and applications with Python and PySpark.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Research emerging GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant use cases.
• Collaborate with AI, data, and software engineers and communicate technical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field; internships, research, and part-time experience do not count toward this requirement.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
• Experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions and working with Azure.
• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and modern AI/ML techniques.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, or end-to-end GenAI applications.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or digital health.
• Experience with large-scale data, database-oriented systems, or operating AI solutions in production.
