Deployment Strategist I (Cryptocurrency)

What you will do

• Support complex cryptocurrency investigations with senior team members and cross-functional partners.
• Conduct research and data analysis on cryptocurrency-related financial crime cases.
• Document findings in clear reports and prepare summaries with recommendations, follow-up leads, and potential risks.
• Present investigative findings to internal teams and customers.
• Review investigation completeness, data collection methods, and the authenticity and relevance of evidence.
• Help develop and deliver workshops and training materials in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Degree in cybersecurity, criminal justice, intelligence, forensic accounting, data analytics, finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial crime investigations, intelligence analysis, law enforcement, compliance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong research skills, including experience with open-source intelligence and public or private databases.
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global products such as Reactor or KYT.
• Experience with dark web markets, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi protocols, or blockchain technology.
• Relevant certifications such as CCFC, CDAF, CRC, CCI, CFE, or CAMS.
