What you will do
- Design and execute small-scale technology development projects evaluating materials, cleaning processes, and filtration solutions.
- Translate customer, application, and process requirements into measurable solution needs, experimental objectives, and design criteria.
- Develop and conduct Design of Experiments studies, analyze results, and prepare data-driven technical recommendations.
- Support root-cause analysis and collaborate with Applications, Product Development Engineering, and Metrology teams to solve technical problems.
- Develop and validate test methods for filtration products and contamination control performance.
- Prepare technical reports, support new product concepts, conduct laboratory work, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with no prior industry experience required, in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates and professionals with up to three years of relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with laboratory experimentation, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments and statistical analysis methods is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of filtration technologies, semiconductor processes, materials science, or chemical process development.
