Annual base salary: $67,000–$85,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Support Business Affairs Executives in the CAA Sports department, focusing on corporate and compliance matters.
- Process basic contracts for brand consulting, executive search, and other corporate sports offerings.
- Perform third-party vendor diligence with corporate departments.
- Manage internal filing, compliance, and governance procedures, including organizing large volumes of electronic files.
- Assist with special projects, research, and information gathering.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited university or college; legal education or training is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the legal industry.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in the sports and entertainment industries.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, collaborative, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to solve problems, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and iManage.
