Full-Stack Engineer Director (AI)

What you will do

• Set the technical direction and own end-to-end delivery for the Self-Service Experience Platform.
• Define architecture, engineering standards, technology strategy, and build-versus-buy decisions across front-end, back-end, integrations, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of engineers and engineering managers while mentoring senior technical talent.
• Chair architecture and governance forums and act as the senior technical authority for scalability, resilience, security, and complex technical escalations.
• Partner with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Security, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, and regional engineering leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant technical leadership of enterprise-scale, full-stack and AI-powered platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and back-end technologies including Node, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, cloud-native architecture, API-first design, and event-driven architecture.
• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams and managers in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience with DevSecOps ecosystems, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted engineering tools and practices.

• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
