hirify.global is hiring an HR professional to provide employee and supervisor support for a local business site and multinational client groups.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact and virtual HR Business Partner for employees and supervisors.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and site- and country-specific requirements.
• Research policies, precedents, and plan documentation to resolve complex and ambiguous cases.
• Develop and document solutions for unique business problems and future use.
• Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Build an understanding of the site's regulations, culture, policies, and business context.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to use HR policies, benefits, and processes to resolve employee and supervisor issues.
• Must be a local candidate in Buenos Aires, Argentina; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
