Location: Hybrid role based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Develop product design concepts, drawings, high-fidelity renderings, and prototype concept models from product requirements and team feedback.
• Design front and rear panel graphics, material coverings, finishes, componentry, and exterior concepts for guitar amplifiers, speakers, electronics, accessories, and guitar components.
• Conduct user studies and compile findings for R&D and product teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, design, and technical writing teams on ergonomics, materials, manufacturing processes, and presentation materials.
• Research suitable materials and interact with vendors supporting cosmetic product development.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, FreeHand, SolidWorks, InDesign, Microsoft Word, and KeyShot rendering.
• Strong sketching, color, manual artwork, Cintiq, and prototype modeling skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Open-minded, self-motivated approach and ability to work with multiple organizational groups.
