Case Auditor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; applicants must reside in Oklahoma. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary: $20.39–$34.71 per hour.

What you will do

• Audit care management records, documentation, and workflows against internal policies, NCQA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities, then provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain audit tools, scorecards, tracking systems, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with care management leadership on corrective action plans, policy updates, training materials, and process improvements.
• Provide feedback on documentation requirements and quality standards, and participate in staff education.
• Track compliance trends and improvement initiatives, present findings to management, and participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Must reside in Oklahoma for this remote position.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related experience required.
• Experience with auditing, case management, NCQA, HEDIS, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Computer proficiency and strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience.
