Facilities Manager

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; full-time, on-site portfolio management

What you will do

• Manage facilities services, amenities, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, energy, sustainability, and asset management across a portfolio of buildings.
• Act as the primary contact for community teams, vendors, property managers, and leadership, escalating major maintenance and operational issues.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, service requests, budgets, cost controls, audits, and operational reporting using Salesforce data.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, emergency response, building openings, punch-list completion, and operational handovers.
• Coordinate break-fix work, CAPEX initiatives, capital improvements, regional projects, and long-term infrastructure upgrades.
• Support fire and life safety, local code compliance, OSHA training, health and safety standards, access control, and vendor technology integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficient English required.
• 4–6 years of experience in facilities or operations management.
• Experience managing suppliers and vendors, including contract and union-vendor management.
• Working knowledge of commercial MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, and electrical distribution networks.
• Technical proficiency with Corrigo, Salesforce, and Power BI, plus strong communication, organization, and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Building operations or facilities management certification.
• Familiarity with lease operations language and execution.
