Senior Project Management Executive (Consumer Insights)

What you will do

• Manage Consumer Insights projects from proposal support and costing through setup, fielding, analysis, and final delivery.
• Coordinate Client Service, Operations, external vendors, and other partners to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and accuracy requirements.
• Manage multi-country, offline, mixed-methodology, and highly technical or complex projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and non-standard requirements, and communicate operational challenges transparently.
• Drive productivity improvements and project management excellence across the market.
• Manage direct reports where applicable and train, coach, and mentor project managers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of market research experience, preferably in Operations.
• Extensive project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain quality standards and controls.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• English language skills in written and verbal communication are preferred.
