What you will do

• Lead large-scale ERP, business intelligence, and other transformation engagements from planning through completion.
• Establish program governance frameworks, maintain accountability, and support effective decision-making.
• Manage scope, Statements of Work, change requests, risks, issues, budgets, and project financials.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and documentation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Conduct discovery calls, position solutions, and develop the client sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and programs, preferably valued between $600K and $2M.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, transformation initiatives, regulatory compliance, operational modernization, and system integration.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and independent working skills.
• PMP certification required.

Nice to have

• End-to-end project management experience in government or public sector environments.
• Experience with procurement policies, regulatory standards, public sector governance, documentation, and audits.
• Exposure to healthcare transformation initiatives involving Medicare and Medicaid.
