Operations Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for sales, customer service, and claims roles with an accent on candidate sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder collaboration, and offer creation. Location: Hybrid role based at the office in Dallas, TX, with in-office attendance 2–3 days per week. The role requires 10% travel.
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales, customer service, and claims positions.
- Source, interview, assess, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, local events, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and manage candidate networks, requisitions, and recruiting pipelines.
- Conduct evaluations, prepare offer packages, and support offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate communication and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related full-cycle recruitment experience; contact center or high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with search strategy, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Experience with retained or technical recruiting in a large, complex organization.
- Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, critical-thinking, judgment, and influence skills.
- Ability to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Experience managing requisitions and applicant dispositions in an applicant tracking system.
