Senior Node.js Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote from RS (Serbia)

Flosum is a profitable B2B SaaS company building Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data protection, and security products for regulated enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Build high-performance backend services, APIs, and scalable Node.js microservices for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Develop integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem and work with enterprise data protection and security capabilities.
• Design real-time data processing systems and event-driven architectures for sensitive data at scale.
• Contribute to Vue.js and TypeScript front-end experiences for enterprise users.
• Build CI/CD tooling, automation frameworks, and developer productivity infrastructure.
• Own systems end-to-end while collaborating directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Node.js development in production environments.
• Expert knowledge of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, backpressure, and the Node.js runtime.
• Deep production experience with TypeScript, RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and enterprise API security.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, automated testing, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Docker, cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and infrastructure as code.
• Remote work is tied to RS (Serbia).

Nice to have

• Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations.
• Experience building Salesforce ISV or AppExchange products.
• Vue.js 3 Composition API and state management experience.
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS products and compliance requirements such as SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or GDPR.
• Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
