What you will do

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display.
• Own channel budgets and forecasts while managing CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution, turning findings into actions.
• Test hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of performance or growth marketing experience with measurable results and large-budget ownership.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Experience building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Fluent daily use of AI tools while maintaining a high quality standard.
