I2C DPS Director (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead the global strategy, direction, accuracy, timeliness, and service delivery of Invoice to Cash processes.
• Build a new global organization and establish a customer-focused, high-performing culture.
• Drive standardization, simplification, continuous improvement, and change management across global processes.
• Partner with Global Process Owners, regional service delivery leads, Global Services leaders, and other stakeholders to improve performance and global standards.
• Lead acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, integrations, and complex transformation initiatives.
• Oversee BPO providers, statutory and regulatory compliance, SOX 404 controls, and internal and external audit support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or finance.
• At least 15 years of professional experience preferred, including experience in a multinational shared service center or BPO environment.
• Experience managing a global Invoice to Cash function in a large organization.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage change, and maintain day-to-day operations in a global and matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, mentoring, delegation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of accounting and financial systems, including SAP, is preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another financial certification.
• Track record of delivering business results through inclusive and empowering leadership.
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, planning, risk management, and workforce analytics.
