Annual base salary: $102,800–$152,800

What you will do
- Lead Agile practices for one or more teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, reviews, and demos.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, values, behaviors, and delivery practices.
- Track objectives, KPIs, commitments, team output, product increments, and delivery outcomes.
- Partner with Agile Coaches, Team Leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional communities on prioritization, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, anticipate risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions.
- Improve team performance, collaboration, customer value, quality, and the effective use of Agile practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of project management or related experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, including delivery of epics, releases, and versions.
- Programming or software and systems development experience with an engineering background.
- Experience with Agile product development standards, cross-functional technology delivery, stakeholder influence, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot and experience supporting AI-driven initiatives.
