What you will do
- Co-design and deliver training programs covering safety, technical skills, leadership, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate e-learning, classroom, on-the-job training, workshops, and simulations for diverse audiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and use employee performance data and feedback to improve learning strategies.
- Maintain training records, participant progress data, and compliance reports.
- Ensure learning procedures and process flows remain current, quality controlled, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, external trainers, managers, employees, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- NQF5 OD ETDP Level 5 Higher Certificate and Grade 12.
- Trade Certificate in Electrical or Millwright.
- Assessor and Moderator Certificates.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; Engineering Foreman experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws, mining regulations, industry standards, safety management systems, and risk assessment.
- Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s licence; computer literacy and strong communication, leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
