Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, USA. US citizenship is required.

Base salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year, depending on qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a moderately complex program against schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate program activities and serve as the primary interface for customers, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional program teams across engineering, business development, contracts, and finance.
• Create and maintain baseline schedules, change logs, scope and cost records, and program health metrics.
• Develop risk management processes and lead major program gate reviews.
• Organize change control and support negotiations, change proposals, and earned value management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 5–12 years of experience desired.
• Experience leading teams in coordinated technical efforts.
• Ability to lead and adjudicate technical decisions, collaborate effectively, self-teach, and contribute across functions.
• Experience managing projects using Earned Value Management in Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price environments.
• US citizenship required.
