Routing & Network Quality Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze delivery rates, conversion rates, delays, and other quality markers at provider, network, route, and client levels.
• Resolve critical and non-critical routing issues and handle supplier spam complaints.
• Manage whitelisting and blacklisting requests from account managers.
• Monitor platform KPIs, issue resolution, and resource availability.
• Propose monitoring systems and rules to prevent downtime and performance issues.
• Analyze routing feature usage and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products.

Requirements

• Interest in technology and motivation to build a career in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of querying languages, programming logic, and computer networks.
• Strong customer orientation and a supportive approach toward clients and colleagues.
• Curious and analytical approach to solving technical problems.
• Ability to progressively take on more complex challenges.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required for communication with clients, partners, and engineering teams.
