Marketing Artist (AI)

Location: Paris office, with remote days available

Company

hirify.global is a Paris-founded consumer technology company publishing mobile games and apps, including Cortex puzzle games.

What you will do

• Create and iterate mobile video ads for Cortex games based on performance.
• Build and manage the social media presence of the games.
• Benchmark competitors and experiment with creative concepts for mobile puzzle games.
• Analyze how creative work affects marketing performance.
• Collaborate with the studio director, product team, and hirify.global Growth teams.
• Contribute to transversal initiatives, including testing new AI tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience creating content that performs.
• Proven experience growing a social media audience, supported by analytics.
• Strong video editing, motion design, and content creation skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, or Runway.
• Strong visual taste, creativity, and a hacker mindset.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity, Blender, or another 3D tool.
• Experience creating paid user acquisition creatives for AppLovin, Meta, or TikTok.
• Familiarity with the mobile gaming market, especially puzzle games.
