Location: Remote role available in the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Singapore, Italy, the Netherlands, or the United Arab Emirates. International travel of approximately 40–50% is required.
Salary varies by country: £85,000–£115,000 gross base salary in the UK; €77,000–€135,000 in eligible European countries; 448,000–600,000 AED in the UAE; or 183,000–245,000 SGD in Singapore, plus commission and applicable OTE.

What you will do
- Lead commercial performance for the Gynaecological Surgical Solutions business across Poland, Israel, MENA, South Africa, and Southeast Asia indirect markets.
- Develop and execute regional business plans focused on revenue growth, market share, profitability, and patient access.
- Manage, coach, and develop geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries and regions.
- Build relationships with distributors, key accounts, healthcare leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Support distributors with commercial opportunities, complex projects, and adoption of the surgical portfolio.
- Analyze sales, market, customer, and competitive data while driving forecasting, CRM, performance management, and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven commercial leadership experience in surgical medical device environments.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and distributor networks across multiple countries.
- Strong expertise in commercial strategy, business planning, forecasting, performance management, and indirect sales.
- Demonstrated success exceeding commercial objectives and delivering sustainable growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, risk assessment, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; willingness to travel internationally approximately 40–50%.
