Stock Controller (Retail)

What you will do

• Receive, allocate, reconcile, and audit stock for retail sales activities.
• Track inventory across systems and reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Manage inventory movements and ensure timely returns to the warehouse.
• Maintain high physical standards at the depot.
• Troubleshoot product issues, coordinate in-warranty repairs, and support customer interactions.
• Prepare daily stock status reports for operational visibility and accountability.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in stock management or customer-facing operations, ideally in retail or logistics.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze stock data, identify trends, and act on discrepancies.
• College diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
