Privacy and Cyber Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and administer privacy and cybersecurity compliance procedures, trackers, registrations, and calendars.
• Build scalable, automated workflows for privacy impact assessments, data-subject requests, and related processes.
• Coordinate privacy reviews of vendors, products, systems, and business processes.
• Support response efforts for data breaches and other privacy incidents.
• Prepare privacy metrics, dashboards, status reports, and audit-ready documentation.
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, with an associate’s degree in law, information security, data analytics, or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity compliance, legal operations, regulatory compliance, or a comparable operational role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools, such as Power BI, with experience automating routine procedures.
• Ability to manage recurring compliance processes, documentation, multiple deadlines, and cross-functional follow-up with limited supervision.
• Experience supporting a multinational privacy, cybersecurity, or similar compliance program.

Nice to have

• Experience administering privacy requests, assessments, records of processing, vendor reviews, regulatory trackers, or compliance audits.
• Experience reviewing vendor and third-party contracts, particularly privacy or security terms.
• Familiarity with privacy and data-incident response processes.
• CDPSE, CIPT, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, Security+, or another relevant privacy or cybersecurity credential.
• Fluency in Slovakian and/or German.
