Location: Hybrid, with approximately two days per week in the Gothenburg office, Sweden

What you will do
- Own and lead development of the React Native application for iOS and Android.
- Drive technical decisions and define the long-term mobile strategy.
- Lead product and platform improvements from concept through production.
- Collaborate with product management, developers, QA, and clinical stakeholders.
- Solve complex technical problems and maintain high-quality, sustainable solutions.
- Improve architecture, development practices, and engineering standards while supporting cross-functional platform work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping mobile applications.
- Strong React Native experience and experience owning and leading mobile development.
- Ability to take initiatives from concept through delivery and make accountable technical decisions.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including testing, version control, documentation, and maintainable code.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Appreciation for UI and UX, with the ability to contribute to product and user experience discussions.
Nice to have
- Mobile UX and UI design experience.
- Backend development, modern web development, or frontend framework experience.
- Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering experience.
- Experience with native iOS and Android capabilities, especially camera and media handling.
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, or other regulated industries; Swedish language skills.
