What you will do
- Create high-quality 2D artwork and visual assets for online and mobile games.
- Develop mock-ups, concept sketches, style frames, characters, environments, backgrounds, textures, UI elements, symbols, logos, and menus.
- Adapt existing game assets, visual references, and style guides while preserving artistic vision and brand identity.
- Optimize artwork for HTML5, web-based games, mobile devices, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, developers, and art direction stakeholders to refine assets based on feedback.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in 2D game art development and production, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, drawing, sketching, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work across multiple visual styles and maintain consistency with established art styles and brand guidelines.
- Understanding of HTML5, mobile and web-based game asset optimization, game development pipelines, and production workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Layer.ai, or similar.
- Strong English communication skills required.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Spine, or other 2D animation tools.
- Basic understanding of animation principles and 3D tools and workflows.
- Experience in casino gaming, interactive entertainment, or adapting assets for multiple platforms.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools.
