What you will do
- Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and track acknowledgments for data centre and compute hardware.
- Coordinate international and domestic freight, including transit schedules, customs clearance, and delivery to project sites.
- Work with hardware suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL providers, site managers, and project managers to resolve delays, damage claims, and inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain equipment inventories, incoming-material records, and serial numbers in ERP and procurement systems.
- Review shipping manifests, commercial invoices, bills of lading, and import/export documentation for trade compliance.
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices before finance approval.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, logistics software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Knowledge of global shipping standards, Incoterms, customs clearance, and air, sea, and road freight coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve supply chain disruptions while managing high-volume transactional data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating internal teams and external logistics partners.
