Operations Engineer (Network)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with possible onsite work.

Base monthly salary starting from 19,075 PLN gross, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Support network hardware and physical infrastructure across multiple data center locations.
• Plan and implement data center installations, including network equipment and related infrastructure.
• Automate configuration and management of network devices.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate procurement, orders, deliveries, ISPs, and vendors.
• Configure and support data center networks, acting as a second-tier escalation point for incidents and outages.
• Document support processes and coordinate with product line managers and data center engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a production data center environment.
• 3–5 years of networking experience, including routing protocols, BGP, and link aggregation in medium- to large-scale, high-bandwidth environments.
• Understanding of firewalls, load balancers, and separation of public and private networks.
• Experience with data center power and cooling requirements and design.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with asset management, cloud applications, change management, Agile concepts, and Scrum.
