Salary: $175,000–$190,000 annualized base salary

What you will do

  • Provide employment law and employee relations advice to the People Team, managers, and business leaders.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, handbooks, separation documents, incentive documents, and investigation materials.
  • Advise on global employment compliance, monitor legal developments, and coordinate with local counsel.
  • Conduct workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
  • Manage employment litigation, administrative charges, labor proceedings, pre-litigation disputes, and settlement negotiations in the United States and internationally.
  • Support enterprise compliance, including risk management, ESG, internal controls, compliance training, and Audit Committee oversight.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience as a corporate attorney, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm.
  • Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of United States employment law and experience with global or multi-jurisdictional employment matters.
  • Experience with workplace investigations, employee relations, employment disputes, administrative proceedings, and litigation.
  • Experience developing corporate compliance programs, risk assessments, compliance training, internal controls, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
