What you will do
- Design and price health insurance offers for companies and public institutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, business results, and insurance risks.
- Develop products and pricing strategies for new customer segments in Belgium.
- Support portfolio monitoring, regulatory compliance, capital management, and reinsurance strategy.
- Work with engineers to create tools for tailored insurance offers at scale.
- Provide insurance expertise to product, sales, account management, data, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, including meaningful exposure to health insurance products such as hospitalisation, group insurance, disability, or dental insurance.
- Fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.
- Scientific background in actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, or data science combined with practical insurance experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex data, business, and legal questions into actionable outputs.
- Builder mindset and ability to improve and scale processes and systems.
- Clear, structured, and concise written and spoken communication.
