Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States; work may be performed in an office or hybrid environment, and travel may be required.
Estimated starting salary: $23.95–$32.92 per hour.

What you will do
- Manage front-desk operations, visitor registration, incoming calls, and security compliance.
- Maintain office, breakroom, conference room, seating, supply, and equipment services.
- Organize meetings, conference room setups, schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and team activities.
- Process expense reports, purchase requisitions, supply budgets, documents, memos, and basic reports.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, contact information, desktop instructions, and administrative records.
- Support employee onboarding and special projects for Administration, Human Resources, and Security.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a higher-level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant office administration or administrative support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, multi-line phone systems, facility access control systems, ticketing systems, seating software, and procurement systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
- Ability to use computers and office equipment, lift up to 20 pounds, and stand or sit for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in aerospace and defense, secured facilities, U.S. military, or Department of Defense environments.
- Advanced Workday or similar HRIS knowledge and administrative certifications.
- Knowledge of security and safety protocols, strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
