TL;DR
HRIS Trainee (Full-time annual contract) (HRIS/Excel): Maintaining employee data, validating HR records, preparing reports, and supporting data uploads and cleansing with an accent on data accuracy, attendance information, and HR system documentation. Focus on identifying discrepancies, supporting corrective actions, and producing periodic reports using Excel and HRIS tools.

Location: Onsite in Nasr City, Egypt

What you will do

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system.
  • Validate attendance, absence, organizational, and employee master data.
  • Prepare HR and periodic reports using Excel and HR systems.
  • Support mass data uploads, data cleansing, and discrepancy correction.
  • Document HR processes and transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken communication, with strong professional reporting skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of attendance systems, working hours, overtime, leave, and their impact on payroll calculations.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential employee information.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP or another HRIS.
