Creative Video Producer (AI)

What you will do

• Create mobile video ads for paid and organic campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and experiment with new ideas for mobile gaming and apps.
• Benchmark competitor creative and identify effective approaches.
• Analyze how creative work performs and understand its impact on marketing results.
• Collaborate within a small, diverse creative squad.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including testing new tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, or Runway.
• Fully proficient in video editing and content creation.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects.
• Creative mindset and understanding of how creative work drives marketing performance.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software or Unity.
