Senior Security Engineer (Cloud and Application Security): Building and operating security monitoring, vulnerability management, and application security programs across endpoints, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, web platforms, vehicles, and charging stations with an accent on incident response, threat modeling, and risk-based security metrics. Focus on automating security operations with Go, coordinating incident containment and recovery, and improving the security posture of connected products and infrastructure.
Location: Hybrid, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden

What you will do
- Build, integrate, and operate security monitoring platforms across endpoints, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, web platforms, vehicles, and charging stations.
- Coordinate security incident response, including containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
- Build and mature vulnerability management across workstations, network perimeters, containers, source code, and cloud configurations.
- Develop security metrics that support risk-based decisions and security investments.
- Build the application security program, participate in threat modeling, and advise on the security of new and existing features.
- Collaborate with software engineers on vulnerability remediation, security audits, IAM topics, and monitoring use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
- Experience securing and monitoring public cloud infrastructure; GCP is preferred, while AWS or Azure experience is also relevant.
- Experience managing vulnerabilities across multiple layers of modern IT and software stacks.
- Experience with security incident management, preferably in a SOC, CDC, or similar environment.
- Ability to code or script and automate repetitive tasks; Go is primarily used.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for initiatives spanning the organization.
