Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Institutional Growth & Operations

Location: UAE, Abu Dhabi; remote work is available for candidates based in the UAE or able to work on a UAE-aligned schedule.

What you will do

• Research institutional, broker, and VIP prospects and support client growth, account expansion, and reactivation initiatives.
• Assist with client proposals, incentive structures, follow-ups, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Coordinate workflows between growth, middle office, support, Product, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Produce daily and weekly reports covering client volume, concentration, activation, and program performance.
• Validate data from internal warehouses and BI tools, identify anomalies, and support ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain documentation and playbooks while identifying repetitive steps for process improvement or automation.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, in operations, business or commercial analytics, product operations, growth, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets and basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication and strong organizational skills for recurring deadlines and batch processes.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, exchange, or fintech products and VIP or institutional client programs.
• Understanding of spot and futures trading, maker/taker models, fee tiers, and rebates.
• Exposure to BI tools and data warehouses.
