Manager, Pro Trading & Derivatives Communications

What you will do

• Lead communications programs supporting Payward’s product strategy and hirify.global’s products for professional traders, derivatives users, and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute integrated external communications strategies aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Expand thought leadership through storytelling about trading products, risk management, and market infrastructure.
• Build a bench of spokespeople and create strategic messaging for executives, products, and market segments.
• Prepare announcements, talking points, media statements, speaker submissions, pitches, and briefing materials.
• Build relationships with institutional partners, trading desks, market data providers, internal communications teams, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience leading and executing communications programs.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and communications strategy skills, with the ability to translate complex topics.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and managing complex communications challenges.
• Experience advising executives on messaging, presentation skills, and interview performance.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling communications teams.
• Knowledge of and passion for the crypto industry; crypto experience is preferred.
