Go Developer (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid in Kazakhstan

Salary: EUR 1200–2000 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Go microservices for a secure, scalable payment platform.
• Implement banking and payment business logic, APIs, service interfaces, and external system integrations.
• Build service-to-service communication with gRPC/Protobuf and asynchronous workflows with Kafka.
• Work with PostgreSQL, event-driven scenarios, duplicate-message handling, and operation idempotency.
• Apply distributed systems patterns such as Saga, CQRS, and Transactional Outbox where appropriate.
• Containerize and deploy services with Docker and Kubernetes while supporting monitoring, tracing, incident investigation, reliability, and production performance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Go and 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing Go microservices and high-load or distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, gRPC/Protobuf, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, distributed systems patterns, error handling, retries, timeouts, idempotency, and fault-tolerant services.
• Experience with monitoring, distributed tracing, and external system integrations.
• English: Intermediate level or above required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CQRS, Saga, and Transactional Outbox patterns.
