Implementation Manager APAC (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support customers and their technical teams in integrating with the Worldpay suite of payment services.
• Define project scope, create and maintain project plans, and manage implementations through completion and post-live monitoring.
• Design and configure customer accounts, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, identify risks early, and communicate project progress through scheduled meetings.
• Plan and deliver customer demonstrations and product-functionality training.
• Monitor technical trends in payment processing, security, web and browser technologies, and mobile technologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects and delivering customer-facing technical integrations.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and using funneling techniques.
• Technical expertise in XML and JSON APIs.
• Experience with Web and Mobile SDK implementations, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases and experience analyzing server logs with Splunk.
