Specialist Logistics Network Purchasing & Management (Automotive Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Plan, book, and track regular and premium inbound and outbound transportation.
• Verify shipping documentation and record shipments in the transportation management system.
• Pre-approve transportation invoices and manage logistics complaints related to transport and warehouse services.
• Optimize transportation routes and truck utilization.
• Monitor transportation costs and support sourcing of logistics services.
• Collect data, update logistics network KPIs, and provide shipment tracking information to relevant departments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in logistics or an equivalent field.
• Approximately one year of relevant experience is appreciated.
• French and English language skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Understanding of production management and supply chain management.
• Communication, teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, self-organization, conflict management, resilience, and target orientation.
