Site Supervisor - Mechanical & Piping (Oil, Gas & Water)

Location: Basra, Al Başrah, Iraq; 28/28 rotation

What you will do

• Supervise mechanical and piping construction activities across brownfield and greenfield project environments.
• Coordinate mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation interfaces across multiple work fronts.
• Align construction sequencing with engineering deliverables, procurement schedules, and handover requirements.
• Promote modularization, standardization, off-plot fabrication, cold-work opportunities, and HSSE risk reduction.
• Monitor productivity, resource planning, progress, construction issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance for installation, testing, and commissioning readiness while maintaining quality and schedule performance.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in oil and gas project design and engineering within the mechanical or piping discipline.
• 5 years of experience supervising construction activities in a multidisciplinary workforce.
• Experience with productivity measurement, resource-based planning, and Level 4 scheduling.
• Strong understanding of brownfield and greenfield construction environments and HSSE requirements.
• Strong supervisory, communication, coordination, constructability, modularization, and field execution skills.
