Platform Manager (Public Cloud) | Technology & Platform (Azure/AWS/GCP): Leading the lifecycle of IKEA’s public-cloud platforms across multiple hyperscalers, with an accent on platform-as-a-product, automated guardrails, security, resilience, and cost optimisation. Focus on building landing-zone automation and Policy-as-Code, improving developer experience, developing high-performing cloud teams, and governing platform strategy, budgets, suppliers, and compliance.

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, operations, and full lifecycle of public-cloud platform domains across Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Develop cloud capabilities as a product, improving self-service, engineering-team autonomy, platform adoption, and developer experience.
- Lead landing-zone automation and Policy-as-Code initiatives to embed security, compliance, resilience, and governance through automated guardrails.
- Align stakeholders around platform roadmaps, common tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Build supplier relationships and oversee contracts, governance, collaboration, budgets, cost monitoring, and FinOps.
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, supporting competence development, succession planning, DevOps practices, and organisational change.
Requirements
- Experience owning a large-scale public-cloud domain from strategy through unit-cost economics and operations.
- Strong product-led mindset with experience building easy-to-use, self-service platforms with high adoption.
- Hands-on experience with software engineering at scale, landing-zone automation, Policy-as-Code, OPA, and hyperscaler shared-responsibility models.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams across mixed sourcing models, including coaching and organisational change.
- Experience owning budgets, optimising costs, and managing complex technology landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of security-by-design, privacy-by-design, resilience, compliance, digital risk management, platform lifecycle management, and portfolio governance. Application materials must be submitted in English.
