What you will do

• Analyse, implement, and validate operational and system change requests according to established standards and service levels.
• Investigate issues, assess impacts, and determine solutions supporting client and business requirements.
• Verify changes in detail to reduce operational risk and prevent processing errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on change implementation, issue resolution, governance, and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, operational records, and audit trails.
• Identify process, control, documentation, and efficiency improvements while contributing to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience analysing, implementing, and validating operational or system changes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and experience with quality control, verification, and operational risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service-level commitments.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, procedures, and operational records.
• Relevant degree or equivalent education, training, and practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of change management, operational controls, governance, quality assurance, or risk management.
• Experience with process improvement, coaching, knowledge sharing, or multiple products and business applications.
