Mid Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Zagreb, Croatia; flexible hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible hours.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and SDKs supporting public APIs and CPaaS integrations.
• Build integrations connecting Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, and other external platforms with messaging channels such as Viber and WhatsApp.
• Participate in API governance consultations and reviews to maintain consistent API quality and standards.
• Maintain SDKs across C#, Java, Python, Go, and PHP.
• Work across frontend and backend components using React/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps colleagues in an agile Scrum environment and use AI tools for development, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Ability to work across multiple programming languages and SDKs in a technology-agnostic environment.
• Experience working in agile environments and taking ownership of governance, consultation, and integration work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, React/TypeScript, cloud-based systems, or SDKs in C#, Python, Go, or PHP.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed production systems.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
