Client Services Daily Banking Specialist for NL (Maternity Leave Cover) (Banking)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; flexible working hours and work from home are available.

Salary: €1,768 gross per month minimum basic wage; final conditions depend on experience and are discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Support corporate Netherlands clients with payment, account, confirmation, statement, mandate, and related service queries.
• Investigate and analyze financial data, including payment issues, reporting, and compliance-related questions.
• Provide operational support on fees, billing, invoicing, and other banking workflow topics.
• Coordinate account openings and keep clients and stakeholders informed about request progress.
• Communicate directly with clients in English and collaborate with internal teams across Europe.
• Suggest continuous improvements and contribute input to global projects based on client-query processing experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client services.
• Advanced English at C1 level required.
• Strong organization, planning, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-oriented, patient, attentive, proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach.
• Ability to analyze and research information, identify important details, and draw conclusions.
• Project management skills, teamwork, flexibility, and proficiency with MS Office.
